CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
We accept unworn swimwear bought from shopmoonstone.com in new condition with all tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit only. Please note all items marked final sale or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more are NOT eligible for an exchange, or store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, we will email you your discount code for your store credit.

WHAT SIZING DOES ASHLEY WEAR?
Ashley wears a size small bottom, and a size small/medium top (varies depending on the style). In our one piece suits she wears a size small. She is 5’2”, wears a size 26 bottom, and a 32C/32D bra size.
Her measurements are:
Bust - 34”
Waist - 26”
Hip - 36”

I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, WHAT DO I DO?
If you just placed your order and we have not processed it or shipped it yet, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we will help you as best as we can. Please keep in mind that during sales, new launches and holidays periods we receive a higher than normal email volume and cannot guarantee to make any changes in time.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, CAN I?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number immediately so we are able to do this. If your order has already been processed, we, unfortunately, cannot cancel your order. However, we are happy to have them returned back to us for store credit.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

I GOT THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER, HELP?!
If you received the wring item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an image of the incorrect item(s) so we can organize to have the correct items shipped out. We apologize that this happened and will do our best to rectify the situation.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
We're so sorry about that, we do our very best to insure this never happens, but unfortunately sometimes this may happen, if you do receive a damaged suit or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve this as soon as we can.
WHERE ARE MOONSTONE PIECES DESIGNED & MANUFACTURED?
All Moonstone pieces are designed in Canada and manufactured internationally (with the exception of our hair scrunchies and hair care products which are handmade locally in Edmonton, Alberta). Our manufacturer(s) maintain the utmost ethical business practices and working conditions, our pieces are made safely, sustainably and our factories are regularly inspected.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE MOONSTONE ORDERS CHARGED IN?
As a Canadian based company, all of our products are sold in Canadian Dollar (CAD), we offer a conversion calculator on our site so you can see what the equivalent will be in your local currency. All funds are automatically converted for you when you place your order and you will be charged in your local currency on your bank statement, for more questions regarding currency and exchange rates, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
